Wes Clark To Endorse Jack Carter?

This is pure speculation but there is a hint that General Wesley Clark will endorse Senate candidate Jack Carter on Wednesday. I was just on Clark's WesPAC homepage and in his event calendar for Wednesday, August 16th it says "General Clark in Las Vegas for Jack Carter". It doesn't say much more, no details of why, when and where. There is also no hint on the Carter campaign website.

Clark has already endorsed congressional candidates Jill Derby (NV-02) and Charlie Brown (CA-04). He has been named Tahoe's friend of the month for that by this blog. Should he endorse Jack Carter this Wednesday he just may turn out to be Tahoe's friend of the year.

So, this really does look like Clark will endorse Carter.
