John Ensign's Truthiness

The Ensignificant Senator has started his campaign with an ad trying to reintroduce him to Nevadans. Fellow blogger upnorth from Nevada Up North has inserted some truth into this ensignificant ad full of truthiness:

What I wonder is when the hell did he shoot this? Notice the snowcovered road he's walking on? I know snow stays long in the Sierras. But this is just odd. Looks almost as if some of this stuff is recycled. Any of you have any info on that?
