"The Hill" Speculates That Jack Carter Will Be Endorsed By The Netroots

Good news may be around the corner. At least if you believe "The Hill". They've got an article titled "Left bloggers try to play kingmaker in lower races" that ends with this paragraph:

The bloggers also have suggested in recent postings that long-shot candidates running against Speaker Dennis Hastert (R-Ill.) and House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Joe Barton (R-Texas), as well as Nevada Senate candidate Jack Carter, former President Carter’s son, will be included in the next round of endorsements.

Let's hope there's some truth to this. I honestly have to say that I was very disappointed that Jack wasn't included in the last round of endorsements. An official "Netroots Endsorsement" by the bloggers who run Daily Kos, MyDD and the Swing State Project will go a long way. Of course the additional money being raised through the netroots ActBlue page would help but the attention Jack's campaign would get by the way of an endorsement is invaluable. Plus, every dollar contributed to Jack's campaign will go a long way in Nevada since the media market is all in the state and relatively cheap.
